Coming to terms with the idea that help is available can be the first step to feeling free.

We'll start with a 15-minute consult to be sure we're a good fit. If we begin to work together, after we take the first session to complete an intake, we'll take the next couple sessions to really understand the nature of the challenges at hand.

My approach is to honor all the aspects of a person or relationship using relational, psychoanalytic, Jungian analytical, and somatic-mindfulness modalities. Everything about you and your experience is part of the process of therapy – aspects of our therapeutic experience together, of yourself in your life, your thoughts and feelings, dreams, symbols, and fascinations of your inner world, and the physical sensations and patterns in your body. Often all of these are trying to communicate something vital to you.
