Knowledge, help, and resources for the way

While therapy and analysis are invaluable parts of the work towards transformation and acceptance, our contact with the living world is often the theater of the Real. The architecture of our lives deserves the best materials we can build with - from the enrichment of relationships to the immersion in natural ecologies and multiplicity of cultures to the care of our bodies.

Similarly, our inner landscapes require dedicated attendance - from the solace of silence to the engagement of our creative selves to the nourishment of our minds through lifelong learning. Offered here are some resources that have proven helpful across the years - in both my own life and with those whom I have worked and walked. Many may not speak to you, and none are a substitute for therapy.
